• Here are the steps we take to assure your backflows preventers are passing annual inspection:

1. Notify the customer and water purveyor that their backflow preventers have failed inspection.

2. Determine the cause of a failing device. Example; failing check valve # 1 or 2, broken shut-off handles, test cocks no longer useable, ect.

3. Retest devices to confirm they are holding tight against backflow and back pressure.

4. Send new report to customer and water purveyor showing backflow preventers are repaired and passing.
